Absolutely. We provide an independent written report covering covering condition, remaining lifespan, flashings, chimney, gutters and any immediate or 5-year costs. Ideal for negotiating with the vendor. Choose 'Within the month' and mention 'pre-purchase' in the notes.

In most storm-damage claims, yes. We supply photographic evidence and a written quote suitable for insurance submission. Don't climb up yourself — book the inspection and we'll document everything from a safe access platform.
